• How fast can you actually ship something?+

  Most pilots go live in 3–4 weeks. We scope tightly to one workflow first, ship it, then build from there, so you see value before committing to a bigger project.

• Do we need to switch tools or buy a platform?+

  No. We build on the software you already use, your CRM, email, spreadsheets, accounting and scheduling tools. No rip-and-replace, no new platform fees.

• What does it cost?+

  Every engagement is fixed-scope and priced before we start, so you always know the cost up front. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices. Most clients begin with a small, fixed-price pilot to prove the value on one workflow, then scale into a full build or an ongoing partnership. • Is our data safe?+

  Yes, and you pick the setup. We can build your system on local models, so your data never leaves your own machines, or on commercial providers if that fits your workflow better. Either way, public models are never trained on your private data, and we walk you through exactly where your data goes before anything is built.

• Will AI replace our staff?+

  No. We build AI to empower your team, not replace it. The goal is to remove the repetitive work that holds good people down, so they can spend their time on the work that actually needs their judgment. When we automated receipt analysis for a Texas nonprofit, nobody lost a job. The finance person who spent 3 days a month on receipts got those 3 days back.

• Do we need our own ChatGPT or Claude subscriptions?+

  Only if that is the right fit for how you work. Some clients want a system built on local models they own outright, with no monthly AI fees. Others prefer commercial subscriptions and being done with it. The quality does not change either way. We scope it around your budget, your workflow, and your end goal.

• We are not technical, is that a problem?+

  Not at all. That is who we build for. We handle the technical side, explain everything in plain English, and train your team so they can run it confidently after launch.

• What happens after launch?+

  We stay with you. Your team tests everything before go-live, so what ships is exactly what you asked for. After launch we stay hands-on, making sure the system holds up in daily work and your team actually uses it. We do not ship and disappear.

• What if AI is not the right answer?+

  We will tell you. If a simple automation or a process tweak solves it better than AI, that is what we recommend. We are here to save you time, not to sell hype.
