Terms of service
Last updated July 15, 2026. Short, readable, and free of legalese where the law allows.
The short version
Use the site normally, treat the chat assistant as helpful but not gospel, and know that real client work is governed by a signed agreement, not this page.
Using this site
By using enzzero.com you agree to these terms. Use the site lawfully: do not attack it, overload it, scrape it at abusive rates, or misuse the chat assistant.
The chat assistant
The chat widget generates answers with AI. It is here to help you learn about Enzzero, and it can be wrong. Nothing it says is a quote, a contract, or professional advice. Pricing and scope only become real in a written agreement signed by both sides.
Site content is information, not advice
Articles, case studies, and service pages describe our work and our opinions. They are general information, not legal, financial, or professional advice for your specific situation. Talk to us (or the relevant professional) before acting on it.
Client work is covered by separate agreements
If you hire Enzzero, the engagement is governed by the written agreement we both sign. These site terms do not modify that agreement.
Our content
The content on this site (text, design, graphics, the Enzzero name and logo) belongs to Enzzero LLC. Case-study client identities may be anonymized to protect their privacy. Do not republish our content as your own; linking to it is always welcome.
Third-party services
The site uses third-party services (Cal.com for booking, Web3Forms for the contact form, font CDNs). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. See our privacy policy for what data goes where.
No warranties
The site is provided as is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we make no warranties that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enzzero LLC is not liable for damages arising from your use of this website. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
