The short version

We collect the minimum we need to reply to you and run this site. No analytics trackers, no ad networks, no selling data, no marketing cookies. Ever.

Who we are

Enzzero LLC is an AI implementation firm based in Houston, Texas. This policy covers enzzero.com. Questions about it go to aland@enzzero.com.

What we collect and why

The contact form. When you send the form on our contact page, Web3Forms delivers the information you provide to our inbox. That can include your name, email, company, website, phone number, budget range, timeline, and message. We use it to review your request and reply to you.

Booking a call. The booking page embeds the Cal.com scheduler. Anything you enter there (name, email, meeting time, notes) is processed by Cal.com under its own privacy policy, and we receive the booking details so we can show up to the call.

The chat assistant. Messages you type into the chat widget, the page where the chat happened, and any thumbs-up or thumbs-down rating are sent to a server we run on Cloudflare. The server forwards the conversation to Google's Gemini API to generate replies. It stores chat transcripts and ratings in a Cloudflare database so we can review and improve the assistant. New conversations may also be reviewed by Gemini and included in an owner-only email digest sent through Resend. We rate-limit the chat by IP address to prevent abuse; the IP is used for that purpose. Treat the chat like a public form: do not paste passwords, financial details, or anything sensitive into it.

Email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence like any business keeps its mail.

What stays on your device

Your light/dark theme choice is saved in your browser's localStorage. It never leaves your device and we never see it.

Fonts and hosting

The site loads its fonts from Fontshare and Google Fonts, so your browser sends those services a standard web request (which includes your IP address) to fetch the font files. The site itself is static files served by our hosting provider, whose servers may keep standard access logs (IP address, pages requested) to operate the service.

What we do not do

• We do not run analytics or advertising trackers.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
• We do not set marketing cookies.
• We do not train public AI models on anything you send us.

How long we keep things

We keep contact messages, booking details, chat transcripts, and chat ratings for as long as we need them to handle requests, improve the service, and maintain normal business records, then we delete them. You can ask us to delete information associated with you at any time.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
